No review this week, just a few odds and ends.
In a followup to the excellent interview he shared with us all, here’s photo of John Brooker with Tim on the front steps of Oklahoma TV station KLPR back in 1967. Thanks so much for sending this along, John.
Laura commemorated Richard Martin’s birthday last week.
Here’s hoping everyone put those Warner Archive Holt sets on their Christmas list. Tell Santa they’re on sale this week.
Great picture, looks very ’60’s-ish, thin ties and all You know I don’t think I would have recognized Tim Holt if I had bumped into him, he really looks different, like a businessman instead of a cowpoke.
Nice one, Toby. I might just about recognise Tim (15 years after his final series film). As for John….recognise him immediately! (hardly changed, John)………..
That’s a 48 year old Tim Holt? I think I’m missing something.
I think it’s Henry Morgan, of ’60’s game shows and monologist.
I’m hijacking your Tim Holt post to post a link to an article Toby just published at Classicflix.com. Great write-up about 3 Godfathers! http://classicflix.com/Christmas-in-The-Old-Corral-3-Godfathers-r-1011.html
I want it on Blu-ray too, Toby. 🙂 (And while we’re at it, Wagon Master and She Wore a Yellow Ribbon need to be on Blu-ray too.)
I didn’t realize this was up yet! Thanks for the tip. I’ll toss a post up to send people that way.
Thanks a bunch.
