I like the copywriting on the second ad. “Camels agree with more people than any other cigarette.” That sounds much nicer than “Camels are less likely to make you upchuck when you start smoking them.”
Randy Scott is great and all, but it’s really Myron C. Albertson’s endorsement that puts me over the edge and gives me the urge to chug a tall glass of Carling’s, right now.
